	Effective immediately Qwick Media Inc. is suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3 for failure to comply with Exchange Requirements. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules.&nbsp; Cease trade orders have been issued by the Ontario Securities Commission and British Columbia Securities Commission.
