	Cross River Ventures is engaged in the business of exploration of mineral properties in Canada.&nbsp; The Company holds an option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in the Tahsis Property, located in Northern Vancouver Island, British Columbia, in the Nanaimo Mining Division, which is in the exploration stage.
