	CAVU Mining Corp. has announced a two (2) for one (1) split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder on record as of the close of business on the record date will receive one (1) additional share for each share held on such date.

	The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on April 8, 2021.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 19,867,502 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on April 7, 2021. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the two for one stock split.

	CAVU Mining Corp. a annoncé une division par deux (2) pour une (1) de ses actions ordinaires émises et en circulation. Chaque actionnaire inscrit à la fermeture des bureaux à la date de référence recevra une (1) action supplémentaire pour chaque action détenue à cette date.

	Les actions commenceront à se négocier sur une base fractionnée (ex-distribution) le 8 avril 2021.

	À l'issue de la scission, environ 19 867 502 actions seront émises et en circulation.

	Tous les ordres ouverts seront purgés du livre à la clôture du marché le 7 avril 2021. Il est rappelé aux courtiers de ressaisir leurs ordres en tenant compte des deux pour un fractionnement d'actions.
