	The Issuer is a public investment corporation that carries on business with the objective of enhancing shareholder value. Subject to the availability of capital, the Issuer intends to create a focused portfolio of investments, including those within the healthcare and technology sectors, the composition of which will vary over time depending on its assessment of a number of factors including the performance of financial markets and credit risk.
