The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral resource properties. Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Leduc Gold Project located approximately 3 kilometres south of Jellicoe, Ontario, Canada, within the Thunder Bay Mining Division.
