	The common shares of Big Red Mining Corp. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thecse.com/en/listings/mining/big-red-mining-corp">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Big Red Mining Corp. (“Big Red”) holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Dobie Lake Copper Project (the “Property”) in Ontario, Canada, subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty. The Property is Located in Albanel Township approximately 100 km from Sault Ste Marie, Ont. Highway 546 crosses the property and there are ATV trails covering most of the property. The Property surrounds and covers Extensions of the Past producing Jentina Mine. The Property comprises 131 claims totaling 6,500 Acres (26 Square kilometers). Big Red’s management team possess extensive experience in financing, exploration, development &nbsp;and mining. Big Red’s mission is to conduct future drilling campaigns on the Dobie Lake copper property to maximize its minable resource potential.

	Big Red Mining Corp. (« Big Red ») détient une option d’acquisition d’une participation de 100 % dans le projet de cuivre dobie Lake (la « propriété ») en Ontario, au Canada, sous réserve d’une redevance de 2 % sur le rendement net de la fonderie. La propriété est située dans le canton d’Albanel, à environ 100 km de Sault Ste Marie, en Ontario. L’autoroute 546 traverse la propriété et il y a des sentiers de VTT couvrant la majeure partie de la propriété.&nbsp;La propriété entoure et couvre les extensions du passé produisant la mine Jentina. L’équipe de direction de Big Red possède une vaste expérience dans le financement, l’exploration, le développement et l’exploitation minière.
