	Nutritional High International Inc. has announced a special resolution authorizing an amendment to the articles of the Company to establish a class of multiple voting shares and to change the name of the common shares of the Company to subordinate voting shares.

	The Issuer has also announced a name and symbol change to High Fusion Inc. (FUZN)

	Nutritional High International Inc. Common Shares (EAT) will be delisted at market close on November 10, 2021.

	High Fusion Inc. Subordinate Voting Shares (FUZN) will be listed at market open on November 11, 2021.
