	Gama Explorations Inc. has announced a four-for-one (4:1) share split of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record of the Company as of the close of business on the record date will receive three (3) additional shares for each share held.

	The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on April 26, 2022.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 30,170,800 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on April 25, 2022. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the 4 for 1 stock split.

	Gama Explorations Inc. a annoncé un fractionnement d'actions à raison de quatre pour une (4:1) des actions ordinaires émises et en circulation de la Société. Chaque actionnaire inscrit de la Société à la fermeture des bureaux à la date d'enregistrement recevra trois (3) actions supplémentaires pour chaque action détenue.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base fractionnée (hors distribution) le 26 avril 2022.

	À la fin de la scission, il y aura environ 30 170 800 actions émises et en circulation.

	Tous les ordres ouverts seront purgés du livre à la clôture du marché le 25 avril 2022. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de saisir à nouveau leurs ordres en tenant compte du fractionnement d'actions 4 pour 1.
