	Idle Lifestyle Inc. has announced that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of a special dividend, and approved the return of capital, to shareholders of its listed Subordinate Voting Shares (“SVS”) and unlisted Multiple Voting Shares (“MVS”). Shareholders will receive CAD$0.41 per each SVS held, being $0.215 in connection with the return of capital, and $0.195 in connection with the dividend payment.

	The Distribution is expected to be paid on or about August 10, 2022 (the “Payment Date”) to holders of record of SVS on August 3, 2022 (the “Record Date”).

	Idle Lifestyle Inc. a annoncé que son conseil d'administration a déclaré le versement d'un dividende spécial et approuvé le remboursement de capital aux actionnaires de ses actions à droit de vote subalterne («&nbsp;SVS&nbsp;») cotées et de ses actions à droit de vote multiple («&nbsp;MVS&nbsp;») non cotées. . Les actionnaires recevront 0,41 $ CA pour chaque SVS détenu, soit 0,215 $ dans le cadre du remboursement de capital et 0,195 $ dans le cadre du paiement du dividende.
