	Hercules Resources Corp. is a mineral exploration company involved in the identification, acquisition and exploration of mineral properties located in British Columbia. The Company's principal mineral property is the MP Copper Project located in central British Columbia, approximately 30 kilometers southeast of the city of Prince George.
