		Trenchant Capital Corp. 8% Series B Secured Convertible Debenture listed on&nbsp;August 28, 2020 will mature on January 31, 2023.

		Settlement Terms:&nbsp; All trades January 27 and 30 will trade for cash next day.

		To facilitate repayment of the principal amount of the 8% Series B Secured Convertible Debentures, the terms of the Convertible Debenture Indenture dated March 22, 2018 require that trading should cease after the close of the market on January 30, 2023.

		The debentures will be halted at noon and delisted at market close January 30, 2023.

		La débenture convertible garantie de série B à 8 % de Trenchant Capital Corp. cotée le 28 août 2020 arrivera à échéance le 31 janvier 2023.

		Conditions de règlement: Toutes les transactions les 27 et 30 janvier seront échangées contre de l'argent le lendemain.

		Afin de faciliter le remboursement du capital des débentures convertibles garanties de série B à 8 %, les modalités de l'acte relatif aux débentures convertibles daté du 22 mars 2018 exigent que les opérations cessent après la fermeture des marchés le 30 janvier 2023.

		Les débentures seront arrêtées à midi et radiées à la clôture des marchés le 30 janvier 2023.
