	The common shares of US Critical Metals Corp. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;www.thecse.com&nbsp;on the trading date.

	US Critical Metals Corp. is focused on mining projects in the United States (the “U.S.”) that will further secure the U.S. supply of critical metals and rare earth elements, which are essential to fueling the new age economy. Pursuant to option agreements with private Canadian and American companies, the Issuer’s assets consist of four agreements, each providing the Issuer with the right to acquire interest in five discovery focused projects in the U.S. The Issuer intends to explore and develop mineral resources with near- and long-term strategic value to the advancement of U.S. interests.

	US Critical Metals Corp. se concentre sur des projets miniers aux États-Unis (les « États-Unis ») qui permettront de sécuriser davantage l’approvisionnement américain en métaux critiques et en éléments de terres rares, essentiels au fonctionnement de l’économie du nouvel âge. Aux termes d'accords d'option avec des sociétés privées canadiennes et américaines, les actifs de l'émetteur se composent de quatre accords, chacun donnant à l'émetteur le droit d'acquérir une participation dans cinq projets axés sur la découverte aux États-Unis. L'émetteur a l'intention d'explorer et de développer des ressources minérales avec des valeur stratégique à long terme pour la promotion des intérêts américains.
