	The common shares of Mabel Ventures Inc. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Mabel is a Canadian mineral exploration company dedicated to creating shareholder value through mineral exploration and the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral projects. The Company has the option to acquire a 51% interest in the Bonanza Gold Property located in the Abitibi region in western Quebec. From time to time, the Company may also evaluate and acquire other mineral properties of merit, containing a variety of metals and minerals and located in a variety of geographical jurisdictions.
