	Effective August 15, 2016, the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE” or “Exchange”) will increase the initial listing fee to $13,500.&nbsp;This is the first increase in listing fees since the introduction of new fees for supplemental listings, submission of Personal Information Forms (PIFs),&nbsp;and a fee for late filing of CNSX Forms. &nbsp;The new schedule replaces the fee schedule published in March 2013.&nbsp;
	Implementation

	The non-refundable deposit portion of the initial listing fee will increase from $2,500 to $3,500, effective for applications received on or after August 15, 2016.&nbsp;

	The balance of $10,000 will be payable upon approval and prior to listing.&nbsp; As a result, the total Initial Listing fee will increase from $12,500 to $13,500.

	There are no other changes to the listing fee schedule.
