	In accordance with the Process for the Review and Approval of Rules and the Information Contained in Form 21-101F1 and the Exhibits Thereto, CNSX Markets Inc. (“CSE”) has proposed, and the Ontario Securities Commission and British Columbia Securities Commission have approved significant changes to the CSE trading system.

	On August 8th, 2019 the CSE published <a href="https://thecse.com/en/about/publications/notices/notice-2019-003-amendments-to-trading-system-functionality-features">Notice 2019-003</a> - Amendments to Trading System Functionality &amp; Features - Request for Comment with respect to the introduction of a closing price trading session on the CSE and a related order type, the Closing Price Session Cross.&nbsp;

	The comment period expired September 10, 2019. CSE did not receive any public comments regarding these proposed changes.&nbsp;

	IMPLEMENTATION

	The Closing Price Session will be launched during Q1 2020
