Gladiator Metals becomes first company to benefit from the National Stock Exchange of Australia’s innovative program ̶

September 23, 2026 – Toronto, ON – The Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE” or “the Exchange”) is pleased to recognize the milestone accomplishment of its sister exchange, the National Stock Exchange of Australia (“NSX”). Today, the NSX listed the common shares of Gladiator Metals Corp. (“Gladiator” or “the Company”), a Canadian company previously listed in Canada only. This dual listing was made possible by the NSX’s innovative “Low Doc Dual Listing” process, which enables companies with a primary listing on approved Canadian exchanges to obtain the benefits of an Australian listing in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Under this process, companies may seek a waiver from the majority of NSX’s continuing listing obligations through their compliance with Canadian exchange and securities law requirements. A prospectus is generally not required if the issuer is not completing a concurrent capital raise. Gladiator sought and was granted relief from certain regulatory requirements in Canada that allowed it to maintain its status as a Venture Issuer. Under the process, NSX relies on the issuer’s Canadian public disclosure record, including financial statements and public announcements, thereby eliminating incremental compliance burdens for issuers.
