The following fees and payment terms for Listed Companies will go into effect November 1, 2006. <br /><p>Initial Listing Fees:<br />Non-refundable deposit of $2,000 +GST at time of application, and $8,000 +GST payable prior to listing. <strong><em>The total listing fee remains unchanged at $10,000 +GST.</em></strong> <br /><br />Monthly Fee:<br />$300+GST, paid monthly on the first of the month. <br /><br />Reinstatement Fee (following suspension):<br /> $500 +GST, payable prior to trade resumption. </p><br /><p>The fees remained unchanged from CNQ’s launch in July 2003. The only change to the payment terms is that the Initial Listing Fee is payable in full prior to listing, rather than within six months of the listing date.
