	The Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE” or the “Exchange”) announces the implementation of new listing and ongoing fees applicable to Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Canadian Depositary Receipts (CDRs), and Closed End Funds (CEFs). These fees are effective immediately.

	Summary of Fees:

					$5,000

					A non-refundable deposit of $2,500 must accompany the Listing Application, and the applicable balance is payable prior to the Listing Date.
				This fee is not applicable for transfers from another recognized exchange.</td>

					$2,000
				This fee is payable upon listing, for each additional security listed on the Exchange following the initial listing (not applicable for transfers from another recognized exchange).</td>
<td>

					An annual fee equal to 0.0030% of the aggregate market capitalization of all such products listed on the Exchange, calculated as of December 31 of the preceding calendar year, subject to a minimum fee of $8,000 and a maximum fee of $125,000 per issuer.

					&nbsp;

					For issuers that are part of a group of affiliated entities with ETF/CDR products listed on the Exchange, the maximum annual fee applicable to the group will be $125,000. Issuers seeking to qualify for the group maximum must provide the Exchange with annual confirmation of their affiliated entities.
