In accordance with the process for the Review and Approval of Rules and Information Contained in Form 21-101F1 and the Exhibits Thereto attached as Appendices to its recognition orders (the Protocol). CNSX Markets Inc. (CSE) has proposed, and the Ontario Securities Commission and British Columbia Securities Commission have approved Public Interest Rule Amendments (the “Amendments”) to CSE Listing Policies (Policies) to remove the requirement for all Listed Issuers to complete and file a Monthly Progress Report (Form 7) on a monthly basis and to repeal Form 7.
Summary of the Amendments On June 4, 2026, CSE published <a href="https://thecse.com/notice/notice-2026-007-proposed-amendments-to-cse-listing-policies-notice-and-request-for-comments/">Notice 2026-007</a>– Proposed Amendments to CSE Listing Policies – Notice and Request for Comments. With the implementation of these Amendments, the references to filing requirements of Form 7 will be removed from the Policies and Form 7 will be repealed.
Comments The comment period ended on July 6, 2026. CSE received two comment letters. A summary of the comments received, together with the CSE’s responses, is attached as Appendix A. CSE thanks each of the commenters for their support and thanks industry participants for their input in this proposal.
Effective Date The Amendments will take effect immediately. Accordingly, no monthly progress report is required for July 2026.
