Birchtree Investments Ltd. is an investment company with the long-term goal of divesting its investment assets at a profit.  The Issuer plans to invest opportunistically, making use of the experience and contacts of its Board and management to identify promising investments at a stage of development where the Issuer will be able to play a role in the success of the investment. The Issuer’s focus is on (i) early stages of a target company’s development, (ii) technologies that are developed and validated but may be in the early stage of commercialization, or (iii) target companies that require strategic guidance and thus are undervalued. The Issuer has made initial investments in 7 companies.
