David is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, IT support and infrastructure systems. He also manages IT plans, schedules, policies, network communications, technical and market operations, computer services, information security, and management information systems. Prior to joining the CSE, David was a Project Manager and Business Analyst at Basis 100/EFA software, where he managed software development and implementation for many stock exchanges throughout the world, including the CSE.

David holds a B.Comm. in Management Information Systems from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
